1. Eligibility (7-Day Window)

Returns or refunds are accepted ONLY for damaged or defective products, subject to the following conditions:

  • Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
  • Product must be unused and in original packaging
  • Mandatory unboxing video (continuous, without cuts)
  • Clear images of damage/defect must be provided

2. Non-Eligible Scenarios

We do not accept returns/refunds in the following cases:

  • Change of mind or dislike after delivery
  • Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (natural in handcrafted products)
  • Damage caused due to misuse, handling, or installation
  • Failure to provide unboxing video proof

Requests raised after 7 days of delivery

3. Verification & Approval

  • Our quality team will review submitted evidence
  • Decision will be communicated within 48 hours

The brand reserves the right to accept or reject claims at its discretion

4. Resolution Options

If approved, we offer:

  • Replacement (preferred option, subject to availability)
  • Refund (only if replacement is not possible)

5. Refund Process

  • Initiated within 5–7 business days post approval
  • Credited to the original payment method
  • Bank timelines may vary depending on provider

6. Reverse Pickup

  • Arranged by us where serviceable
  • If not available, customer may self-ship
  • Shipping cost will be reimbursed upon verification

7. Liability Disclaimer

The Decor Mill is not liable for:

  • Minor aesthetic variations
  • Delays caused by courier partners
  • Improper handling after delivery
