1. Eligibility (7-Day Window)
Returns or refunds are accepted ONLY for damaged or defective products, subject to the following conditions:
- Request must be raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Mandatory unboxing video (continuous, without cuts)
- Clear images of damage/defect must be provided
2. Non-Eligible Scenarios
We do not accept returns/refunds in the following cases:
- Change of mind or dislike after delivery
- Minor variations in color, texture, or finish (natural in handcrafted products)
- Damage caused due to misuse, handling, or installation
- Failure to provide unboxing video proof
Requests raised after 7 days of delivery
3. Verification & Approval
- Our quality team will review submitted evidence
- Decision will be communicated within 48 hours
The brand reserves the right to accept or reject claims at its discretion
4. Resolution Options
If approved, we offer:
- Replacement (preferred option, subject to availability)
- Refund (only if replacement is not possible)
5. Refund Process
- Initiated within 5–7 business days post approval
- Credited to the original payment method
- Bank timelines may vary depending on provider
6. Reverse Pickup
- Arranged by us where serviceable
- If not available, customer may self-ship
- Shipping cost will be reimbursed upon verification
7. Liability Disclaimer
The Decor Mill is not liable for:
- Minor aesthetic variations
- Delays caused by courier partners
- Improper handling after delivery
