My tracking isn’t updating. What should I do?
Tracking updates may take 24 – 48 hours after dispatch. If it still doesn’t update, contact us with your Order ID.

Our team reviews your case within 24 -48 hours. If approved, we proceed with a replacement or refund.

How long do refunds take?

What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
Record an unboxing video and share it with us within 7 days. This is mandatory for claim approval.
What if I receive the wrong item?

What if I don’t have an unboxing video?
Unfortunately, without an unboxing video, we may not be able to process the claim.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, cancellations are allowed within 12 hours of placing the order.
